Added the shutter, gain and white balance configuration to the launch file.

Minor changes to avoid errors when the calibration file is not specified.

Removed the calibration file path from the dynamic reconfigure. The parameter still exists with the same name, but it can not be modified.
Added check to verify that the current configuration coincides with the calibration configuration.

  firewire_arpose_nodelet.launch: camera id changed

Removed all the references to the ROBOT variable from the launch files.

Added a launch file to launch all the necessary nodes for the ar_pose detection.

Added a new launch file with the same node configuration of the firewire_nodelet.launch file but without nodelets.

 added launch tibi_dabo_crop_by_1_rect.launch (no crop)

 - Changing wrong msgs dependency template <msg_package_name>_cpp to <msg_package_name>_generate_messages_cpp
