Removed the thread to process the dynamixel loops (it is already done in the data thread).
Added a new signal to notify slave answer to other slaves (simulate half duplex communication).

Re-indented some parts of the code.

Solved a bug when the first attempt to configure the bus failed (the communications object was not properly handled).

Adapted to the new variable PACKAGE_NAME; Now PROJECT_NAME it's the name with underscores and PACKAGE_NAME withhyphens

Add plural _INCLUDE_DIRS _LIBRARIES find cmake variables. Add gitignore file to ignore bin, build lib directories

Modified the necessary files to  save the headers, the library and all the related files on the subdirectory iri/<package_name>

Changed the HEADER definition of the serial interface.
