Update README.md. Download model_car package repository (now public) instead of downloading deb packages (outdated)

Update rviz file, remove static transform when fake_localization disabled, updated top_camera distorsion params

Updated seat_car_controller steering and steering angle message types, to match model_car (odometry) packages last version (v3.1)

seat_car_controller: modified to match last version of odometry node (v3.1 amd64 debs): steering_angle type changed from Int16 to UInt8, and imu yaw expected in rads instead of degrees

Added the new topics (steering_angle).
Changes to approach the simulated outputs to the real ones.

Set the intial value of several parameters of the odometry node (initial position and calibration filename).

Changed the top camera resolution to 1920x1080.
Added distortion parameters to the camera model.

Commented camera distortion coefficients
