Packaging updates: moved headers to include, set plural cmake variables, install path changed from to /iri/libraryname, add debian package creation, package scripts

Modified the necessary files to save the headers, the library and all the related files on the subdirectory iri/<package_name>
Add plural _INCLUDE_DIRS and _LIBRARIES find cmake variables.
Add .gitignore file to ignore bin, build and lib directories

Removed an invalid field from the TBatteryInfo structure.

Added instructions on how to download the bootloader, patch it and program it into the microcontroller.
Added the bootloader patches.

Modified the labrobotica driver to use the CDynamixel interface.

Added a script to change the privileges of the binary file in order to be able to access the speacker.
Changes the CMakeLists.txt file to execute the script after build.
Solved some minor bugs.

Removed any write to the I2C pins to avoid communication errors.

Updated the micro source code to change the name of the interrupt vectors to comply with the new compiler version.
