Removed the dependency of the FTDI class from the dynamixel module and server. · 7353771a

Added two dynamixel server implmentations: one with the FTDI and the other one with a standard serial port.
Added a new configuration file with specific information for each implementation.
Changed the examples and the configuration files accordingly.
