Rename constraint --> factor

Just pushed a new branch called feature/rename_constraint feature/renaming with this change. @jsola @joanvallve Give it a look and see if this is what you had in mind.

Edit: I changed the name to accomodate other pending renaming changes.

The renaming should be also performed in the names of the classes.

Yes, that was the intention but it seems my script didn't work as intended. I'll let you know when I fix it.

Just pushed the fix. Hopefully now classes are also renamed.
