Solver options with autoconf

Analogously to Sensors and Processors. Default parameters in a default.yaml file. Add the loss function parameters: type and param.

The basic infrastructure to add solver options via autoconf is ready. As far as I know, we haven't yet decided how we are going to parametrize the loss function, right?

Maybe we can close this issue, or we can keep it open until we have the loss function parametrization ready, either way is fine by me.

I would put "loss_function_type" or "name" and a double "loss_function_param". It should be enough for now.
