Wolf license

We should explore all the alternatives of open source license before releasing the first version. I think we should take into account at least the following debates (I don't know if some of them are not related at all with the license.. just in case):

• Should be open and free for educational/academic use.
• Should be coherent/compatible with the dependencies. Our libs (vision_utils, etc.) and external libs (ceres, yaml..)
• All our plugins should have the same license.
• The license should be compatible with third-party plugin development.

Any ideas on other debates/constraints to be taken into account?
