Matchers

Two "matchers" structs removed from wolf.h and declared in separate files. Update includes needing them accordingly.

Everything ready to be merged. Checked test_processor_tracker_landmark and test_processor_tracker_feature successfully, also Valgrind passed both tests with 0 errors
