State blocks

A few oddities were forgotten from the last PR. This is now cleaned:

• sb::notifyStateBlock() had an unused parameter. This has been removed
• added forgotten mutex guards
• removed sb::printNotifications()
• remove obsolete notification calls in processor_polylines
