complete gtests_SE2&3

I had to add SE::between(...) since it wasn't implemented in SE2.h. And I realized that there is no gtest_SE2 and that between() is not tested in gtest_SE3.

I added the gtest_SE2 but only testing between().

Both gtests should be completed to test all the functions.
