Added add_lib_to_ld_config.sh and remove_lib_from_ld_config.sh user scripts. Added maintainer scripts to automatically call that scripts

Modified the necessaries files to save the headers, the library and all the related files on the subdirectory iri/<package_name>

  * test code with google tests
  * memory checks with valgrind
  * code coverage of test
Solved a bug in the CMutex class destructor.

 - Correcting some typos

Solved a problem with timeout = 0 in the wait functions. Before, it got blocked with infinite timeout, now, it just checks the current state of the events and return immediatelly.

Now a new activation is necessary to wake each of the waiting threads.

Modified the main CMakeLists.txt to set the compiler flags for the C++ compiler instead of the C compiler.
Solved some compilation warnings that appeared.
