Renaming accoding to WOLF conventions

Acronyms (GNSS, 2D, etc) are considered as standard words when applying naming conventions as in wolf project (see issue).

@jmarti about the namespace.. I think we could treat as a class, so moving to GnssUtils.

Finally, maybe the repository should be renamed as gnss_utils to be coherent with the repo path (folder name).
