Cannot past a URL in comments/issues/etc on this gitlab server.

When ever I try to post a link whether external or internal, the server simply let me do it...
This is very not practical for sharing information etc ...
Could someone ask the IT crowd ??

I think this was fixed long ago with a gitlab update, test.
