Add rviz argument to launch file to choose launching it or not

Fix urdf package name
Removed the serial_no parameter as argument to the launch file.
Added the camera name to the frame names (not as a namespace).
Update package.xml, adding realsense2_camera dependency.
Added the RVIZ configuration file.
Removed unused parameters from the configuration file.
Initial commit of the bringup package for the realsense depth camera.
