Remove folder association/ completely

We have this class Matrixx which dates back to 2015 or before. It does not even belong to any namespace. And it's just a matrix.

It should be replaces e.g. by Eigen::Array which is a container without matrix algebra.

No, it's not.

So I am for removing the full association/ thing altogether.
