Added the service to control the car lights.

Switch feedback to string. Show sample filling feedback string with msg constant and goal id. Call lights service if cfg has changed

Added parameters to choose the desired car lights configuration with the dynamic reconfigure interface.
Changed the way the feedback messages are generated (Testing feature)
